EATING CLEAN? WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

SIMPLY PUT CLEAN EATING IS LOADING UP ON FRESH VEGETABLES AND FRUITS ACCOMPANIED WITH SOME LEAN CUTS OF MEAT AND HEALTHY FATS. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH MORE ENERGY AND VITALITY YOU WILL HAVE FROM STAYING AWAY FROM PROCESSED FOODS AND STICKING WITH FOOD IN IN MOST PURE, FRESH FORM. IF THE INGREDIENT LIST IS A MILE LONG AND YOU CAN’T PRONOUNCE HALF THE WORDS DON’T EAT IT. THE FOOD WE EAT TODAY IS NOT THE FOOD WE ATE 50 EVEN 20 YEARS AGO. ALL OF THE CHEMICALS AND PRESERVATIVES THAT ARE FOUND IN MOST GROCERY STORE PRODUCTS TODAY CAN WREAk HAVOC ON YOUR BODY AND QUITE HONESTLY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE, FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD, SHIT.

SO YOU WANT TO START GETTING MORE TRIM AND DEFINED? STOP EATING THE PROCESSED JUNK. IT CAN BE HARD AT FIRST TO LET GO OF THOSE FOODS AT FIRST BUT I PROMISE YOU ONCE YOU’VE GONE ONLY A FEW DAYS WITH OUT THEM YOU WON’T WANT TO GO BACK TO EATING THEM. YOU WILL HAVE MORE ENERGY, AND LOOK AND FEEL SLIMMER. PLUS YOUR WORKOUTS WILL BE MORE POWERFUL!

HERE’S MY QUICK AND DIRTY ADVICE ON CLEAN EATING.

– STICK TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE GROCERY STORE. THIS IS WHERE THE FRESHEST FOOD WILL BE FOUND

– IF IT WAS A LONG SHELF LIFE IT’S NOT PART OF A CLEAN DIET

– IF IT HAS AN INGREDIENT LIST A MILE LONG DON’T BUY IT

– IF YOU CAN’T PRONOUNCE THE INGREDIENT YOU PROBABLY DON’T WANT TO PUT IT IN YOUR BODY

– FRESH PRODUCE BEFORE FROZEN. USE CANNED AS A LAST RESORT

– FISH OR WHITE MEAT BEFORE RED MEAT
