PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter

The other day I came across a life changing new product that has become a staple in my pantry. Bell Plantations PB2 is a powdered peanut butter product that has 85% less calories than regular peanut butter and isn’t full of fillers and preservatives. You can mix it with just a little water to make creamy peanut butter, put it in your protein pancakes, flax muffins or protein shakes and you have a delicious peanut buttery taste with a fraction of the calories! It has been a life saver because I was continually reaching into the cupboards for a few whole almonds or a spoonful of peanut butter or almond butter constantly through out the day. I knew that although nuts are super healthy for you they are also very calorie dense and high in fat, albeit good-for-you fat. This provides me with the nutty taste I love and crave without all the extra calories! Such an amazing product! You can find it at varying online supplement stores for around $4.00 for a 6.5 oz container, which can go pretty quickly so I would suggest getting the 1 lb bag that runs for around $7.00. You can also buy it in chocolate flavor as well!

  1. It is perfect for those with limited time and a desire to build on
extra muscle. It even takes a thirty day period or so to have great abs, but that can only be attained if you are fully dedicated in it.
Whatever you plan to do, having a choice of ab workout is probably the
best avenues available for you to acquire those well-sculpted abs you always see on
    physical or health magazines.
